Our representative office offers the following types of products:

High- and super-high pressure water jet pump systems

Stationary and transportable high- and super-high pressure water-jet stations with process conditions up to 3000 bar and water flow up to 900 l/min, equipped with electric or internal combustion motors, plunger pumps, control and monitoring devices, nozzles and accessories.

Additionally we offer complex water jet pump units with water heating system, operating pressure up to 800 bar for cleaning of pipes, vessels, castings and containers.

A special program list for plants includes the following items:

• Manual extending peak nozzles for calcinator cleaning
• High-pressure nozzles for cleaning, protective layer removal and selective material removal
• Self-propelled and externally operated rotor nozzles for surface preparation

Aluminum tank roofs

Company ENCE GmbH offers aluminum geodesic dome roofs with diameter up to 120 meters used in oil industry to cover storage tanks. They are usually installed at refineries and oil storage depots where stored products and structural components of a tank should be protected from environmental exposures. Roof design complies with international and local legislations of oil-and-gas industry as well as with the latest European and international standards such as API 650 and Eurocode 1. Roofs can be utilized under any climate conditions at the temperature of -50 up to +90°C.

Floating tank roofs (pontoon)

Floating tank roof is specially designed for oil and petrochemical industry, it is an internal floating cover that is made of aluminum, stainless steel or of combination of these materials and significantly reduces oil products loss that results from evaporation of products during tank storage. The level of loss reduction amounts to 95-98% depending on the product stored and operating factors. Floating roof design conforms to the requirements of the following standards:

• API 650 Appendix H
• The Oil Company Material Association ST-1
• BS 2654 Appendix E

Pumping equipment of leading world manufacturers

Our representative office arranges delivery of pumping equipment in accordance with any process flow diagrams, the offered range of types, sizes and configurations of pumps and pumping equipment meets the most challenging requirements and needs of different industries.

Turbine Expanders

Radial expansion turbine or "turbo expander" is used either for cooling or power generation at petrochemical facilities, hydrocarbon separation facilities and in similar processes as well as in gas processing industry.

Turbine expanders can also be used for electric power generation during industrial gas transportation via pipelines. Taking into consideration increasing economic requirements of the world market it is important for turbine expanders to be designed to maximum efficiency and durability.

Turbo expanders supplied are certified in accordance with the regulations and rules of Russia and CIS countries and have all necessary permits to use the above mentioned equipment on the territory.

Flaring System

The company supplies modern environment protection systems, straight firing equipment and next generation technologies which are successfully used in production sector of many countries. The following equipment is included into the scope of supply:
